Our Recruitment Process
We do things a bit differently here with our five stage recruitment process. Here’s how we do it:
We check if applications fit the job criteria
Candidates who fit the criteria will be asked to answer a few questions via a video.
We’ll set up a virtual interview via Zoom to get to know you better. We might add a second interview, depending on the seniority of the role.
If you make it this far, we’ll ask you to complete a one-day task for us. Don’t worry, it’s fully paid!
We’ll make an offer to the candidate best suited to the role.
