As a Talent Acquisition Manager at PPC Protect, your mission is simple - own the internal recruitment process and candidate experience to support our ambitious growth plans!

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing an efficient end-to-end Recruitment process from role briefing with hiring managers to closing offers with successful candidates.
  • Proactively and regularly complete salary benchmark data analysis to ensure our offering is competitive with the current market.
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools, ensuring a consistent pipeline of talent is built and sustained
  • Create and maintain an exceptional candidate experience at each point of contact
  • Educating interview and candidate-experience best practice with internal hiring managers

What you should have…

  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment is a real nice to have (internal within a B2B SaaS would be strongly preferred)
  • Must be a team-player: you’ll work and collaborate with different teams all reaching the same goal
  • Good commercial experience within either commercial or technical recruitment (agency or in-house ... 4+ yrs ideally)
  • Experience creating enticing outreach campaigns using a variety of internal resources
  • Experience in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques.
  • Strong eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen CVs/profiles to identify a fit
  • Solid sourcing approach with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill needs
  • Experience liaising with and managing Agency/PSL relationships
  • Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
