The Opportunity...

As our Marketing Coordinator/Executive, you'll coordinate all aspects of the PPC Protect marketing function, from demand generation campaigns to customer advocacy, assets creation, video content and comms. A well organised individual, this role includes managing timelines for marketing projects, ensuring that milestones are met and teams are kept on task from initiation through final delivery. This role touches all aspects of the marketing function and ensures marketing has visibility across all other areas of their business.

What you'll be doing...

Here’s a list of the type of activities you’ll be expected to fulfil, although as a startup it’s likely you’ll get to do some amazing stuff not listed here:

  • Support demand generation by helping coordinate the various moving parts of integrated campaigns (e.g. reviewing assets, setting up webinar registrations).
  • Help coordinate physical event logistics such as registration, booth build, and other logistics.
  • Managing project schedules within project management software ensuring project information is accurate and updated in association with project scope, all milestone dates are current, and communicated to the marketing team.
  • Identifying project risks/issues and partnering with project team members and internal resources for mitigation/resolution.
  • Assist in various digital and content marketing initiatives with head of demand generation and content team.
  • Run weekly newsletter email campaigns through CRM system (Salesforce). Track results and evolve accordingly.
  • Assist in creation and promotion of video content.
  • Communicate marketing updates to company and ensure marketing is providing adequate service across all areas of the company.
  • Monitor the company profile on customer advocacy sites such as G2.
  • Reviewing Marketing and partner material to ensure any potential issues are identified prior to publishing.
  • Help produce marketing collateral for prospects, customers and partners
  • Work with Social Media Manager to monitor and update social media channels
  • Other organisational duties as required

The Skills/Experience we're after...

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years' commercial experience as a Marketing Coordinator / Executive
  • Confident using major social media platforms
  • Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills
  • Content writing skills will be beneficial
  • Someone who can commute at least 2 days a week to our office in Chorley, Lancashire.
